Worlds Dangerous High Way

There are many dangerous roads in the world, but there is a highway most dangerous than all. The Kabul–Jalalabad Road is a 153 kilometer stretch of highway runs between Kabul the capital city of Afghanistan Jalalabad, the largest city in eastern Afghanistan. It is considered to the most dangerous highway in the world.

The road follows the Kabul river for 65 kilometers. This highway runs along 600meter high cliffs. Daily occurrence of fatal accidents is common in this high way. Yearly about 200 people lose their lives in this highway and up to 5000 have sustained injuries. The main cause of the accidents is due to the carelessness and reckless driving.
